CardyWardy started as a scrappy binder-side project built by collectors who got tired of guessing whether a card would survive the trip to the grading company in one piece. We're a small crew of TCG lifers — Pokémon binder nerds, MTG grinders, Yu-Gi-Oh! deck builders, and sports card historians — who decided the hobby needed a digital sidekick as obsessive about the details as we are.

CardyWardy was built on one simple principle: your card collection, your grading notes, and your photos belong to you and only you. This policy explains — in plain language — exactly how little we touch your data, because the honest answer is: we don't touch it at all.
CardyWardy collects nothing. We do not request accounts, emails, names, or device identifiers, and the app contains no hidden analytics pipeline gathering usage data in the background. Every binder page, sleeve calculation, and grading note you create stays exactly where you made it.
Because no information is ever transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or sell. We can't build a marketing list from data we never receive, and we have no interest in trying.
All binder layouts, sleeve and centering calculations, grading submission logs, raw condition notes, and slab photos are stored locally on your own device. Nothing is mirrored to a cloud server, and CardyWardy has no backend database capable of receiving your content even if it wanted to.
CardyWardy does not embed third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers. There are no external SDKs quietly phoning home while you organize your binders or log a submission.
Since your information never leaves your device, the biggest security risk is the same one you already manage for your phone itself. We simply remove ourselves from the equation — there's no CardyWardy server to breach, because there's no CardyWardy server holding your collection.
CardyWardy does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone at all. The app is safe for young collectors cataloging their first binder for exactly this reason.
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored remotely to request the deletion of. If you ever want to remove your CardyWardy data, simply delete the app from your device — every binder, sleeve calculation, and grading record goes with it.
If our approach to privacy ever changes, we'll update this page with a new effective date and describe the change clearly. Our default position — collect nothing — will always be the starting point for any revision.
